Aku's in the kitchen, and creating some fantastic food. Aku ran the very popular bistro at another local hotel until they decided to change direction and has put together a varied menu.

You can check out our range of weekly specials to the right, and our full menu by following the link at the end of this article. The food is light and fresh, with everything prepared from scratch in our kitchen. The kitchen operates from Friday to Sunday for lunch from 12:00 to 2:30 , and Wednesday to Sunday for dinner from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. There are also snacks and lighter meals available during the afternoon.
