The Clarence comprises two bars - OUTbar, our public bar and bistro, and OUTback. Each has it's own very distinct identity.

OUTbar
OUTbar has a laid back, comfortable feel. It's your lounge room away from home. OUTbar has been host to a number of events already, including dinners, competitions, live performances, and club/social group anniversaries. We can sit approximately 50 for dinner or lunch, or up to 130 for stand up events. There are also two pool tables available.

OUTback
If you're after something definitely outside the square, then OUTback may be just what you're looking for. OUTback is not your average room. With a unique atmosphere, this is a room when for when you want to make your event something that your guests will never forget. OUTback has played host to weddings, social club and charity fundraisers, bingo nights, live performances, dance parties, and a variety of other events. OUTback is a very versatile space, and the decor can be easily changed, allowing you to create the mood that you're looking for.

Catering
Our chef, Aku, has been the reason that we came 18th in NSW in the 2008 Gourmet Pub Food Awards, and were nominated in 2 categories in the 2009 Lifestyle Food "I Love Food Awards". Whether you are after canapes and finger food for a cocktail party event, or a full sit down meal, then Aku will make sure both you and your guests are in for a treat.

Room Facilities
Both bars are equiped with sound, DVD, CD, large screen televisions, and have facilities for hooking up your laptop. In addition Manacle has the ability for live video connections to project to the large screen at the front of the room, and connectors to make recording easily available.
